Rockbox - Boiling Point
This pedal had a load of hype around it when it was released a while back (A few years if I'm correct!) due to the fact that they got a decent review from proguitarshop on youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hus8O7i_rZg, the psychedelic paint job the pedal received...
With a hefty price tag of $350 it didn't take long for the forumites over at freestompboxes.org to become interested and take one to pieces and guess what they found? That's right a tubescreamer 808 clone with a few mods.... hmmmmph.
